Apex is offered on a per user, per month model with minimal outlay for setup and rentals based on the volume of lines you need for your team. You can then customise the system with the features you need.

Apex is based on the Voiplicity Metaswitch telephone system, delivering your calls to you where ever you are via the internet. Using the latest in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, including SIP standards, Apex can deliver high availability and call quality by using one small amounts of your internet capacity for calls. For most systems we can run your phone system over the same broadband service as the rest of your companies traffic.

Apex is a full featured system which includes:

• Voicemail (including delivery to email)

• Call hold, transfer and park

• Hunt groups and call pick up options

• Advanced call routing based on user defined rules which can be customised by the day of the week or time of day

• Optional desktop softphone and widgets

• FSA standard call recording options

• Music on hold

• Web interface for user or group management

• Compatible with many smart phones enabling you to make calls through your telephone system on the move
